Returns and Refunds this should be placed in that space
We’re always willing to help if your order arrived damaged or not to your satisfaction. Given that our coffee is a perishable item, we don’t offer returns on any type of coffee ordered. However, we’re always willing to assist if your order arrived damaged or if there was something else wrong with it. Our desire is always your complete satisfaction, so if there is something wrong with our coffee product, please contact us within 15 days and we’ll do our best to help in any way we can.

Shipping: Our goal is always to process your order within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location in relation to our home base in Phoenix, Arizona, delivery can take anywhere from 2-7 business days. Unfortunately, we don’t ship our products outside of the United States at this time.

Shipping rates for your order will be calculated at checkout.

A shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email after your order is complete. You will then receive tracking information from USPS/FedEx within 24 hours.
