Name of coffee: APROCASIVER, Cafe Femenino, Arabiga

Elevation: 4927-6560 feet above sea level

Process: Harvest, and then the coffee is de-pulped using the manual de-pulping machines to later be fermented in wooden and cement tanks. The coffee is washed with potable water piped in, and is dried under tents, on trays and beds. Later, it is stored in a fresh and clean space and is appropriately rotated.

Processing: Coffee is dried in the sun using polypropylene tents, trays or terraces.

Cup characteristics: Fragrance of chocolate and sugar cane, aroma of dried fruit; fresh and sweet body, high citric and mandarin acidity, balanced and clean aftertaste.

Environmental/sustainability initiatives - The women producers have come together to focus on quality and increase productivity. With Cafe Femenino, the women actively participate in the entire process of producing coffee and in other activities. The producers protect the conservation areas in the region around the Cutervo National Park and the species in that region to promote tourism.

However, we’re always willing to assist if your order arrived damaged or if there was something else wrong with it. Our desire is always your complete satisfaction, so if there is something wrong with our coffee product, please contact us within 15 days and we’ll do our best to help in any way we can.

Shipping: Our goal is always to process your order within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location in relation to our home base in Phoenix, Arizona, delivery can take anywhere from 2-7 business days. Unfortunately, we don’t ship our products outside of the United States at this time.
